Equity

We offer commitments in rights and directed share issues both as an underwriter and as a subscriber of shares. We are the leading underwriter in rights issues within the Nordics.

Bridge financing

We offer short term loans to listed companies in need of e.g. working capital leading up to a rights issue or similar event.

Convertible loans

We offer long term convertible loans to listed companies, which are looking to secure financing for the next 1-5 years and thereby postpone dilution.
