CEO & Partner
Thøger is the CEO of Fenja Capital Partners A/S. In addition to his position as the CEO of Fenja Capital, Thøger also holds COO and CFO responsibilities. Thøger leads the administration function of Fenja Capital, including operations, risk, legal and the duties of chief financial officer. Thøger has a Master's Degree in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
CIO & Partner
Rasmus is responsible for the investments. He has been active on the listed markets and in particular within our investment strategies the past 15 years, and he is considered to be among the leading experts within rights issues in the Nordics. Rasmus has a Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School, and he is a chartered financial analyst (CFA).
Senior Partner
Erik is heading our Stockholm office and is responsible for investments within the region. Erik has a Master’s Degree in Business and Administration, Major in Finance from Stockholm University.
Associate
Alexander is part of the investment team and located in the Stockholm office. He has a background as a project manager within investment banking and has a Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics, Major in Finance from Linköping University.
Investment Analyst
Patrick is an Investment Analyst at Fenja Capital, where he is part of the investment team but also contributes to building and maintaining the relationships with our co-investors. He works on the transactions both in Sweden and internationally. Patrick holds a MSc in Finance and has been at Fenja Capital since 2022.
Client Portfolio Manager
Søren is primarily focused on the co-investors and related business development activities. His responsibilities include building and maintaining relations with our co-investors and managing cross-organizational business development projects supporting the company’s growth. Søren has a background in banking with experience from both Jyske Bank and Nordea, as investment advisor and private banker.
Senior Analyst
Mathias is part of the investment team at Formue Nord. He is responsible for research, dealflows and business development. Mathias has formerly worked at Danish Commodities and Centrica Energy Trading. He holds an MSc. in Economics from Aalborg University.
Junior Analyst
Anders is a Junior Analyst at Fenja Capital, where he is supporting the ongoing risk management and valuation operations, related controls and other relevant tasks. Anders is enrolled in the MSc. Economics programme at Aalborg University and will graduate in 2023.
Junior Analyst
Magnus is a Junior Analyst at Fenja Capital, where he is part of the investment team. His main responsibilities are within data optimization in terms of both processes and quality. Furthermore, he provides support on the individual transactions. Magnus is enrolled in the MSc Finance programme at Aalborg University.
Fenja Capital Partners A/S manages two investment funds, Fenja Capital I A/S and Fenja Capital II A/S. The funds are limited liability corporations and are wholly owned by our co-investors.
Fenja Capital Partners A/S is alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) with Finanstilsynet. Fenja Capital I A/S and Fenja Capital II A/S are alternative investment funds (AIF).
